Colorado River Basin Covering 7 States

AHEC Proposal Summary:  Allen Hydro Energy Corporation (AHEC) proposes a solution to increase the Clean Water Level in the Colorado River Basin at a cost of $1.3 Trillion Dollars over 10 years affecting 7 US States that include California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Arizona.

2022 Seed Payment To AHEC:  Each State impacted by the Water Shortage caused by the Drought will be asked to pay AHEC $1 Billion USD by December 1, 2022.  

Annual Payment To AHEC:  Beginning on January 3,  2023, each Colorado River Basin States will agree to pay AHEC $14.3 Billion Dollars each year for 10 years. 

AHEC Proposal Submission: As a result of the California Statewide Drought Declaration and the Federal Shortage Declaration, AHEC will seek Emergency Contractual Approval from Lower and Upper River Basin States by December 1, 2022.

AHEC Proposal Plan Summary:  AHEC plans to construct and operate one (1) 70 Story AHEC Hydro Power Plant in California that will supply electricity to operate (5) Desalination Plants located between Los Angeles and San Diego California on the Pacific Ocean. A process that converts salt water into steam that separates the Salt. AHEC will construct and operate five (5) Condensing Plants that will convert the steam for a gas back to a liquid.  AHEC will construct and operate Two (2) Steam Pipelines. One (1) Underground and the second (1) one Aboveground that will transfer steam to the three (3) Condensing Plants, where the steam will be cooled and converted back to liquid water and pumped into the Lower Colorado River Basin, where all 7 States will have access to the  Colorado River Basin for distribution to the Upper Basin. 

Individual States AHEC Drought Proposal Option: Individual States will be able to pay a Seed Payment of $5 Billion Dollars for a separate AHEC Clean Water Solution, where water is not deposited into the Colorado River Basin or shared with other states by agreeing to pay by December 1, 2022 and $20 Billion Dollars per year for 10 years.

Post Construction Payments To AHEC: After implementation of (AHEC) 

Colorado River Basin Drought Proposal, all states will pay AHEC market rate for clean energy and clean water deposited into the Lower Colorado River Basin for a total of 25 years.
