Allen Hydro Energy Corporation (AHEC) plans to use that same manufacturing and rapid construction strategy developed by the Chinese Construction Firm to build 70-story buildings in 30 days. Each 70-story AHEC Hydro Power Plant will be manufactured inside US manufacturing plants and in African countries and constructed on-site within 12 months.
