Agriculture Drought Mitigation System

As of September 10, 2024, 28.75% of the U.S. and Puerto Rico and 34.18% of the lower 48 states are in drought, UNICEF predicts that half of the world’s population could be facing water scarcity by 2025. In southern Africa, the drought is expected to cause food insecurity until early 2025.

As each year gets hotter, due to climate change, farmers are experiencing more drought conditions. Allen Hydro Energy Corporation (AHEC) has designed an Agriculture Drought Mitigation System that offers a solution to commercial and industrial farms in the US, African, and South America to capture and store rainwater for crops during the growing season.

Multiple Inverted Rain Catcher Umbrellas: Will use water sensors to rise up out of the pipe and open up to capture rainwater that will be funneled to large underground water storage containers.

PVC Tee 8 in Pipe and Six – 8-in x 10-ft – 160 Schedule 40 PVC Pipe

PVC Tee 8 in Pipe Size: Six 8-in x 10-ft 160 Schedule 40 PVC Pipe: The Quantity will depend on the number of Rain Catcher Umbrellas and 1,000 Gallon Water Storage Tanks Ordered based on the acres of the crop field.

1,000 Gallon Water Storage Tanks – Large water storage containers for rainwaters.

500 Gallon Water Storage Tanks – Three Smaller Containers that can easily be filled from the large water container and attached to and from the Rain Maker Autonomous Agriculture Irrigation Drone that will deliver water to irrigation services.

Mobile Water Pump – To transfer rainwater to smaller water storage containers.

Portable Water Pump – To transfer the water from the large Water Storage Container to the smaller Water Storage Container.

Rain Maker Autonomous Agriculture Irrigation Drone – Using Rain Maker Autonomous Irrigation Drones to irrigate crops with stored rainwater.

Farmers will be purchasing the equipment and drone together or separately. The Agriculture Drought Mitigation System will cost $100,000. The Rain Maker Autonomous Agriculture Irrigation Drone will cost $1,100,000. The per hour rental of the Rain Maker Autonomous Agriculture Irrigation Drone will be $5,000 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours of rental. Farms renting who sign a contract will receive a discount on pricing.
