A new membership based cartel of Black African Countries name “Organization Precious Metals Exporting Countries (OPMEC), a permanent intergovernmental organization of precious metal exporting developing nations that coordinates and unifies the precious metal policies of its Member Countries.

OPMEC seeks to ensure the stabilization of precious metal prices in the international precious metal markets, with a view to eliminating harmful and unnecessary fluctuations, due regard being given at all times to the interests of precious metal producing nations and to the necessity of securing a steady income for them. Equally important is OPMEC’s role in securing an efficient, economic and regular supply of Precious metals to consuming nations and a fair return on capital to those investing in the precious metal industry.

OPMEC’s purpose is to coordinate and unify precious metal policies among Black African and Black African Diaspora Member Countries inured to secure fair and stable prices for precious metal producers, an efficient, economic and regular supply of precious metals to consuming nations and a fair return on capital to those investing in the industry. 

OPMEC organize Black African and Black African Diaspora Countries into a collective that sets the market price for exporting precious metals like Iridium, Coltan, Cobalt, Tin, Tantalum, Graphite, Diamonds, Platinum, Aluminum, Copper, Zin, Gold, Silver, Tungsten and Lead.
